Join HKIAC as we continue to look at the current financial landscape in Asia and how arbitration can be best used to mitigate risk should disputes in this specialised area arise. 

In the 2nd part of the HKIAC Industry Series, our finance experts will discuss the resolution of disputes involving derivatives and complex financial transactions in the international markets as well as the emerging markets. 

This seminar will not only provide an introduction to derivatives and a review of recent case law arising out of derivatives cases, but also look at the 2013 ISDA Arbitration Guide and its place in the financial markets.
