Fashion is one of the world’s most important creative industries. It is estimated that the annual global fashion industry revenue has hit $ 1.2 trillion. In the context of the growing importance of the fashion industry, this conference seeks to explore the latest developments in intellectual property protection of fashion brands and designs with a focus on trademark law. It brings together leading practitioners and scholars to share their perspectives on this rapidly developing area of legal practice. What are the hot topics in the area?  How can we rethink the future of intellectual property law and the fashion market?

The conference is open to the public at no charge. We welcome  INTA 2014 annual meeting participants to attend the conference.

The conference provides free CPD points to eligible attendees. Please complete registration for the conference.
