TOPIC: What is keeping senior executives awake - commercial bribery, cartel investigations and criminal liabilities

This seminar will cover topics such as an overview of anti-bribery laws in China, common areas of risk, the current situation with enforcement, how to minimize third party risk in a post-GSK climate, and discussions into cartel investigations and raids. The seminar will be conducted in a panel discussion format between the four speakers.

SPEAKERS: Peter Yuen, Andrew Skudder, Benjamin Miao, Kate Yin and Nghia Luu.

Peter is managing partner at Fangda Partners’ Hong Kong office and specializes in dispute resolution. Andrew is a competition partner from Fangda Partners’ Hong Kong office. Ben is a partner in Fangda Partner’s Shanghai office and specializes in China-related commercial dispute resolution. Kate is a new joiner to Fangda Partners who specializes in competition law.  Nghia is the APAC Head of Corporate Finance Compliance at Deutsche Bank.
