An Interview with Brett Graham, General Counsel, Morgan Stanley Asia-Pacific

As in previous events in this very popular series, Brett will submit to a thorough cross examination by Jonathan Ross covering his rise to this important position in the Hong Kong legal community, his work at Morgan Stanley, and his opinion on being a senior in-house counsel.  The audience will be encouraged to participate as much as possible and to ask their own questions.

Brett is based in Hong Kong, and became a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley in 2005. He joined the Firm in 1997. Brett is the Co- Chairman of Morgan Stanley’s Franchise Risk Committee for Asia Pacific, which deals with suitability, conflicts of interest and franchise issues for the Firm.

Brett is admitted as a solicitor in Queensland, in NSW and in the Federal jurisdictions of Australia, and also in England and Wales, plus he is admitted in Hong Kong. Brett is married with four children.
