TOPIC:  Dispute and crisis management in Mainland China

This session explores some of the practical commercial considerations facing international companies transacting in Mainland China. It will provide insights in how to a) mitigate your risks and b) ensure you have appropriate contingencies in place.

Our presenters will draw on their experience of advising clients on their legal-commercial strategies towards dispute and crisis management.
