Have you heard about bitcoin / cryptocurrencies? Is it a currency? Is it a commodity? Is it a computer software? Is it regulated by law or any government agency? What do you know about the latest fad in the digital / technology / financial world?  Come find out if you would like to know more.

SPEAKER:  Louise Ng, Senior Associate at Squire Patton Boggs

Louise focuses her practice on communication and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and private equity (including advising and assisting tech startups). Louise advises clients on regulatory issues in the telecommunications industry, and also serves her clients by assisting their day-to-day commercial needs in contract drafting and negotiation.
