A refresher and overview of the operation of legal professional privilege in Hong Kong and the Asia region, addressing common issues in investigations and litigation.
SPEAKER: Gavin Lewis, Partner, Linklaters
Gavin Lewis has extensive experience of complex litigation and investigations work in Asia. He has practised in Hong Kong since 1999.
