The session will answer the simple question – how can I innovate?
Traditionally, in-house teams have perhaps not been recognised by colleagues for innovation, but this view is shifting. In-house teams are now expected to continually improve their services adding value and creating cost-efficiencies.
This lunchtime workshop will stimulate, inform and expand your thinking around innovation, and guide you through some of the techniques you and your team can apply in your day to day activity, to help you develop a more innovative culture.
Led by Partner and Head of Innovation at Eversheds, James Batham, this session will focus on the importance of innovation but more importantly the practical ways of innovating in the legal sector. James will take you through the skills and methods used by innovators.
This short interactive session will run over lunch, and the agenda will include practical tips you can apply immediately.
