The HKCCA’s Executive Committee invites you to the following presentation, hosted by Kim & Chang.

TOPIC: The seminar is designed to provide you with an overview and discussion of key issues of Korea’s Financial Market Regulation, including the following matters:

SPEAKERS:

Ik Hwan Cho is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices in a wide range of corporate and finance law areas, with a focus on financial investment services, capital markets, regulatory audit and investigations, mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions, private equity funds, bankruptcy and restructuring, and white-collar crimes.

Bumkyu Sung is a senior attorney in the firm's Banking & Securities Regulations and Government Relationship Group. He practices in a wide range of financial business activities, with an emphasis on banking and securities regulations and, above all, audits of financial institutions, which are conducted by the Financial Supervisory Service and the Board of Audit and Inspection.
