TOPIC:        Labor & Employment Updates

This seminar focuses on the updates on the PRC labor and employment law by highlighting frequently asked questions, discussing some related cases and introducing the latest regulations and policies. It will prepare the participants for these changes and proper compliance with the law. 

SPEAKER:    Frank Li

Mr. Li is a partner of Fangda Partners, one of the most respected law firms in the PRC. He primarily represents multinational companies in handling their China related disputes (including labor disputes). He will provide his insights into certain hot topics in relation to employment law in the PRC over the past year, and discuss recent developments in law and cases.
