Tongeun Kim is a partner in the firm's Hong Kong office and Financial Services Practice Group. He has a broad range of experience on cross-border M&A, joint venture and foreign investment transactions as well as general corporate matters. He also advises on asset management (funds) and securities regulatory issues and assists in obtaining regulatory approvals and licenses as well as registering securities and fund products under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act. He has represented major international financial institutions and blue chip companies on their investments and other projects in Korea.
Dongwook Kang is a partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office and Financial Services Practice Group. His practice is mainly focused on funds and investment management, financial regulations, and M&A and other corporate transactions. He has extensive experiences of advising Korean and foreign investment managers, institutional investors, and financial companies.
