Topic: Finance Litigation Off Balance Sheet

Litigation finance is in high demand by global in-house counsel as a means to transform how they manage the cost and risk of litigation. A recent example being the FTSE 20 company that took USD $45 million in litigation portfolio financing from Burford Capital.

Please join John Marsden of Mayer Brown JSM and Nick Rowles-Davies of Burford Capital for a special presentation to the members of the Hong Kong Corporate Counsel Association followed by a tasting of Italian wine and cheese, where we will address key questions and considerations about litigation finance in Hong Kong.
