Henry is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales with a practice spanning some 40 years. He is counsel to the Hogan Lovells Hong Kong intellectual property group with an emphasis on rights management and enforcement. He concentrates on contentious matters, including cross-border disputes, relating to trade marks, copyright, patents and designs, confidential information and technology transfer. He also advises on the arbitrability of IP disputes and was one of the lawyers advising the government on its amendment to the Arbitration Ordinance to facilitate IP arbitration.
