Herbert Smith Freehills' team of TMT experts kicks off the evening with an update on recent cyber security issues and developments, followed by a cocktail networking session. Drinks and canapés will be served.
Cyber security concerns all organisations globally and recent ransomware attacks have shown that corporate awareness for cyber intelligence to protect businesses needs to be enhanced. In China, the Cyber Security Law (CSL) came into force in June 2017. Given its widespread impact, compliance requirements of the CSL have given rise to concerns among many multinational companies. To learn more about cyber security from a legal perspective, make sure to join us early for this update!
