Bird & Bird is delighted to invite you to our 'First for Disputes' Conference on Tuesday 24 October 2017.


Following our successful First for Disputes conference last year, we are pleased to announce this year's First for Disputes conference in Hong Kong, once again supported by and taking place at the HK International Arbitration Centre.

We will be running a range of focused workshops in the morning, with delegates able to choose between sessions on:

  • Arbitration;
  • PRC Cyber Security Law;
  • Dispute Resolution in the PRC;
  • Directors' & Managers' Liability;
  • Anti-Bribery, Corruption and Money Laundering; or
  • Competition.

The afternoon plenary sessions will provide updates on a number of key topics, in particular:

  • Employment Law;
  • Fraud & Asset Tracing; and
  • Psychology and Dispute Resolution. 

This conference has been designed with flexibility in mind: we hope you can attend the whole day.  However, you are free to pick and choose any of the morning workshop sessions and the afternoon plenary sessions.
