The Executive Committee of ACC HONG KONG invites you to the following presentation, hosted by King & Wood Mallesons.

TOPIC: China’s Belt and Road initiative: The impact on Hong Kong business and in-house counsel

Much has already been said about China’s Belt and Road initiative and the background of the countries concerned.  But what does the initiative really mean for Hong Kong and businesses operating here? As both a financial centre and a seat of arbitration, what role could Hong Kong play for investors in Belt and Road countries?

The team at King & Wood Mallesons is currently working with clients engaged in Belt and Road projects. In this seminar, a panel of speakers from the firm will draw on their experience to provide insights for Hong Kong in-house counsel. These will include an outline of the opportunities for Hong Kong businesses and the areas where corporate counsel can play pivotal roles.

Food and drinks will be provided. 1 Law Society of Hong Kong CPD point has been applied for. New York and California Approved Jurisdiction policy may apply.
