We invite you to discuss ideas around legal issues relating to e-commerce. What are the things to look out for when using social media to promote e-commerce? This workshop aims to summarise common legal issues faced by e-commerce business, including data privacy and advertising issues when e-commerce operators conduct their businesses via third party social media, possible platform liabilities (including copyright and trademark issues), and to raise awareness of issues relating to cross-border data and payment.
