Food and drinks will be provided. CPD points are not available for this event.

TOPIC: Private Skies: Advising the Company or Family on its Private Jet(s)

Private jets are a natural hallmark of corporate success and private wealth, but the legal work involved in buying, selling, operating and financing them involves a highly complex landscape riddled with pitfalls. This evening session offers a whirlwind tour over fine wine and canapes to familiarise in-house corporate and family office counsel with the legal aspects of the private skies.

SPEAKER:

Paul Jebely is the managing partner of Pillsbury’s Hong Kong office and co-chair of the firm’s asset finance and private wealth practices. He has consistently been ranked by Chambers & Partners as the top private aviation lawyer in Asia and one of the top three globally. He has advised many UHNWI’s and their businesses in Asia, the US, the Middle East and Africa in respect of their private aviation needs. He has been cited by the Financial Times and other publications for his expertise in private aviation.
