The ACC Hong Kong Board of Directors supports a seminar by the Competition Commission's on Cooperation & Settlement Policy

The Hong Kong Competition Commission has published a Cooperation and Settlement Policy for Undertakings Engaged in Cartel Conduct (Cooperation Policy) in late April 2019, which, together with the Commission’s Leniency Policy, provide a framework with clear incentives for businesses to cooperate with the Commission in its investigation. To illustrate the benefits of cooperating with the Commission and how the process works, the Commission is organising two seminars in June. Members of the legal community and businesses are cordially invited to attend.
