The ACC Hong Kong Board of Directors invites you to the following presentation, hosted by KorumLegal

This is a dialogue for general counsel and legal leaders looking to improve their legal department’s efficiencies by redesigning their current practices.  It’s commonly referred to as “the digital transformation journey”.   In this session you’ll learn why this practice is emerging and how you can achieve "transformation”.  Our panel of GCs will discuss their journeys and provide some great insights:
  • strategy, levels of adoption and continuing strategy;
  • driving value for legal departments and end business clients;
  • technologies available and their impact on the business process;
  • new capabilities and structures needed to support implementation; and last (but certainly not least!)
  • mistakes and learnings.
