The ACC Hong Kong Board of Directors invites you to the following presentation, hosted by JunHe LLP.

Many MNCs find China’s corporate social credit system, or CSCS, a complicated system and have the following common concerns: (i) poor scores may result from uncertainties and practical difficulties in using the CSCS; (ii) minor violation could lead to serious consequences; and (iii) potential for abuse of the system and lack of effective remedies for legal protection. Are these fair statements? As the Chinese government is adamant in pursuing the CSCS, those questions become more and more relevant for MNCs

The session will cover the following topics:

  • What is CSCS?
  • Why is it introduced and why is it relevant?
  • How does CSCS operate?
  • Introduction to the key CSCS platforms;
  • Credit repair and other remedies; and
  • Our suggestions to MNCs
