Influencers, otherwise known locally as "Key Opinion Leaders" (KOLs), have been an internet phenomenon in recent years, attracting attention from marketers with the consumer traffic they bring.

The Hong Kong Association of Corporate Counsel is therefore pleased to invite you to join this informative presentation in collaboration with Baker McKenzie.

In this hybrid presentation, Baker McKenzie IPTech, Employment and Disputes lawyers will go over the tips and tricks when working with KOLs from a legal perspective. This includes the laws and regulations you need to be mindful of, the contract preparation that is imperative in steering towards a win-win outcome between brands as well as internet stars, crisis management, issues from an employment perspective, and future trends to look out for in influencer marketing.

Join us for a stimulating discussion to get tips on how to maximize influencer marketing while avoiding legal traps, followed by a networking session over drinks.
