At the crossroads of Privacy compliance we see the confluence of legal operations, information governance and data protection. The strategic decisions that have to made are a combination of legal policy and process and change management.

The speakers will discuss the relevancy of GDPR to Hong Kong and Chinese companies, the interplay between it and PDPO/PIPL. Additionally, we will review practical implementation and compliance steps, where technology and workflows can be used to improve on DSAR responsiveness, managing and implementing privacy policies, liaising with business units to survey data processes, data mapping and other functions required to build a cohesive strategy to tackle new regulatory changes.
