There are only two types of companies: those that have been hacked and those that will be. And even if they are converging into one category, companies that have been hacked will be hacked again. Our panel will provide insights into the prominent and emerging cyber threats, and strategic, tactical and reputational considerations that are critical for companies to assess and prepare for key risks.

In this session, we will cover:

  • The evolving cyber threat landscape
  • How to prepare for a cyber incident, including regulatory and insurance considerations, and internal collaborations and trainings
  • How to respond and investigate simultaneously during an incident, including implications across jurisdictions and stakeholder communications
  • Overseeing a privileged forensic investigation
  • Compliance in a cross-border data breach

Speakers: FTI Consulting

  • Eva Kwok, Senior Managing Director & Head of Cybersecurity, Hong Kong
  • Sandeep Jadav, Senior Managing Director and Asia Lead, Technology
  • Joanne Wong, Senior Managing Director and Head of North Asia, Strategic Communications
