As technology continues to shape the legal landscape, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is emerging as an efficient and cost-effective solution to empower in-house legal teams to streamline and resolve disputes. ODR offers an automated, accessible, and collaborative platform where parties can participate in proceedings from anywhere, effectively managing cross-border disputes in a less confrontational environment.

Join ACC HK and eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre for a lunch time seminar to explore in practical terms what ODR means for in-house counsel, for insight into the uptake of ODR across Asia, why ODR is efficient and cost-effective, and the benefits of ODR when resolving cross-border disputes. To bring ODR to life, eBRAM will also demonstrate their online arbitration and mediation platform.
