On 1 January 2014, the new ICC Rules of Mediation entered into force. In conjunction with the entry into force of the Rules, as well as the inaugural Hong Kong Mediation Week, ICC Asia will be organising a half-day launch conference in Hong Kong on 25 March 2014, with the theme “Best Practices in International Commercial Mediation”. 

The event will offer participants the opportunity to acquire a comprehensive overview of the new Rules and an insight into the latest developments in international commercial mediation, with a focus on Greater China. Speakers will consist of key stakeholders across the region and internationally, including representatives from the ICC International Centre for ADR, Commission on Arbitration and ADR, experienced in-house counsel and leading commercial mediators.
