The HKCCA’s Executive Committee invites you to the following presentation, hosted by Kim & Chang.

Food and drinks will be provided. 1 Law Society of Hong Kong CPD point has been applied for.

TOPIC:  The seminar is designed to provide you with an overview and discussion of key issues in Korean employment law in 2014, including the following matters:

  • Ÿ  Restructuring: Separation/Termination
  • Ÿ  Performance Management: Performance Improvement Programs and Sanctions
  • Ÿ  Extension of Retirement Age
  • Ÿ  Wage and Working Conditions
  • Ÿ  Key HR issues in M&A (including Post-Merger Integration)

SPEAKERS: Ki Young Kim and Michael Lee, Kim & Chang

Ki Young Kim is a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Kim & Chang. He has extensive experience in representing clients in all areas of employment and labor law and especially advising multinational corporate clients in restructuring foreign financial institutions.

Michael Lee is a foreign attorney in the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Kim & Chang. He has experience representing numerous multinational corporations in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as other general corporate and labor & employment matters. In addition, he has advised companies on Internet and E-Commerce laws and privacy related matters, including data storage, transfer and security requirements.
