On 18 July 2017, Thomson Reuters hosted a well attended half-day conference, "Transform your legal department." The event kicked off with a fantastic opening from Jane Lewis, the Head of Professional of ASEAN/North Asia, Thomson Reuters and Michelle Wei, Secretary of HKCCA and VP & General Counsel APAC, Flextronics. Following that Peter Davies from Legal Solutions, Thomson Reuters led the Panel Discussion on Digital Transformation in Action, panelists including Ben Hamilton, Head of Legal, Asia, ANZ; Stephanie Wong, Senior Legal Counsel for Technology, Operations and Services, HSBC; and Andrew Morentz, Compliance Officer, Thomson Reuters. Following that were the two keynote sessions - Transforming Documents & Navigating to an optimized workflow, by Peter Davies and Cynthia Claytor, Lead Editor of Hong Kong Lawyer Magazine, followed by a roundtable discussion after each keynote session, for GCs to share experiences and thoughts with peers.
