Our speakers, Paul Teo, Philipp Hanusch and Haifeng Li shared their invaluable insights on why it is critical to have a clear-eyed appreciation of the strengths of Hong Kong Arbitration, the breathtaking development of China Arbitration, and how best to deal with the ever thorny issues surrounding Sovereign/Crown Immunity in Hong Kong. The seminar was well received and attended by 120 attendees comprising of legal professional among different industries.
