Pillsbury's Hong Kong office hosted a lunch seminar for the Association of Corporate Counsel Hong Kong (ACC) on “Introduction to Insurance Coverage Disputes” on 6 March 2018 at the Lock Cha Tea House in Hong Kong Park. Pillsbury Counsel Mr. Peter McCullough spoke to the 40 attendees. He discussed in particular the legal basis to coverage disputes, giving examples of how and why such disputes arise. He then went on to explore coverage dispute resolution and the role that arbitration has to play.
